Dr Pepper Cherry Vanilla was first released in certain areas on October 15, 2004. It tastes like Dr Pepper, but it has stronger cherry flavors and vanilla flavours. Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper was the initial drink in the "Soda Fountain® Classics" line, which is a collection of beverages that Dr Pepper plans to make. These drinks are similar to the soda fountain drinks of the 1950s. It is currently only available in a few areas of the US. It was briefly available in Canada, but production stopped around mid-2007. After Diet Cherry Chocolate Dr Pepper stopped production, it was made available once again in mid 2008.
